We will be having one last dinner train on April 26th. If you are interersted, please call for reservations. This may be our last train of the year.
We regret to inform our current and future dinner train passengers that Mountain Town Station has had to suspend train operations due to a lack of an engineering firm. This information came to us suddenly and without notice. We are currently bidding out this portion of our operation but we do not have a timeframe when this will occur as its a very lengthy and arduous process.
Mountain Town is and always will be customer service driven and will provide the following for folks that have either received or purchased dinner train gift certificates or currently have purchased reservations for the 2008 season the following options:
1. If you have a dinner train gift certificate for the 2008 dinner train season we will exchange them for restaurant gift certificates at a premium value. For every $74.15 dinner train we will exchange it for an $80 restaurant gift certificate to be used in 2008. To do this we would need the following information to be either e-mailed to us or called in:
- Gift Certificate Number
- Expiration Date
- Value of the Certificate
- Name and Address to send a replacement
2. Keep your dinner train gift certificate and we will extend the expiration date until December 31,2009 as we anticipate to have our dinner train operation back "on-track" soon. If you elect to use this option just keep your certificate and we will automatically extend the dates in our system.
3. We will refund your dinner train gift certificate for face value of $74.15 for each seat. This will require you to call Mountain Town at 989-775-2337 and ask for a manager. Have your certificate available as we'll need several pieces of information from it for the refund.
